Comprehensive Bike Fit - $175
We start with basic measurements and initial bike setup using the Serotta size cycle.  We’ll describe basic bike dimensions and then begin a detailed interview.  Your Fit technician will discuss your goals, expectations, and training. Your age, flexibility, injuries, and all other physical activities will also be taken into consideration.   We’ll work with you and fine-tune the setup of the bike until we’ve optimized efficiency, power and comfort.  When both the fit technician and the athlete are happy, the dimensions and setup details are documented.  With these measurements we can pick and set up a stock bike, design a custom bike, or you can take your “Fit sheet” with you.  Note that this fee can be applied toward any frameset or complete bike purchased from the Bicycle Link.

Position Assessment on Existing Bike - additional $50/bike
After we’ve finished a comprehensive bike fit we can take those dimensions and compare them to your existing bike.  We can discuss equipment changes – bar, stem, seatpost, saddle, pedals, shoe/cleat interface – all are taken into account when setting your bike up for you.  Note that this process is included in any bike purchased from the Bicycle Link.

Cleat pedal assessment (also called Cleat Fit) - $60/hr
We can focus on solving issues at or below the knee.  We can install varus/valgus wedges.  We can look into different pedal designs, shims to accommodate leg length discrepancy, and adjustments to “Q-factor.”

Setup advice/discussion - $60/hr
We’d love to discuss changes to your flexibility, recovery from injuries, and changes in riding style.  Also if you’ve done a bike fit and we’re also looking at different disciplines (Time trial, Triathlon, Mountain, Touring, Track, etc.) We’ll work an hourly basis.  But we cannot offer advice without an interview and prior history.
